INERATEC is a pioneer in power-to-liquid applications. It supplies sustainable fuels as well as chemical products. Modular chemical plants for power-to-X and gas-to-liquid applications use hydrogen to produce e-kerosene, carbon-neutral gasoline, clean diesel or synthetic waxes, methanol or SNG from renewable electricity and greenhouse gases such as CO2. Established in 2016, INERATEC has implemented commercial-scale power-to-liquid plants in Germany to increase the availability of sustainable fuels and chemicals in aviation and other transport sectors.
Starting in 2023, the company will build a large-scale industrial production plant at Industriepark Höchst to manufacture synthetic fuels from CO2 and hydrogen using the power-to-liquid process.
